You are responsible for reviewing the product description and confirming that a physical product or digital file is appropriate for your equipment, software, machine, materials, and intended use before purchasing.

Digital Products and Licenses

Digital products are licensed, not transferred as unrestricted intellectual property.

Any license, usage, resale, or commercial-use terms stated on an individual product page or included with the files are part of these Terms.

Unless a listing specifically allows it, you may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or republish the original digital files as standalone files or substantially equivalent files.

Software, machine, controller, firmware, and third-party application versions can change. Compatibility is limited to what is expressly stated in the applicable product description.

Orders and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, availability, or other errors and to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, subject to applicable law.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Workshop, CNC, Laser and Fabrication Safety

Woodworking, CNC machining, lasers, 3D printing, power tools, and fabrication equipment can be hazardous.

You are responsible for following your equipment manufacturer's instructions, using appropriate safety equipment, verifying toolpaths and settings, supervising equipment where required, and determining whether a project or file is safe for your machine and materials.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site may contain links to third-party websites, software, equipment, or services. Myers Woodshop does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myers Woodshop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site, products, digital files, tools, machines, software, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
